We trust that you will be delighted with your order, but in the case that you are not, we will accept returns or exchanges. All returns, however, must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization issued by our customer service department. You may reach the department between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday at 877.680.9484 or by email at customerservices@abacussapparel.com. All claims on short shipments must be made within 48 hours of receipt. No claims will be accepted 30 days from the ship date, and there is a 10% restocking fee applicable on all returns.
